Caladon Inc. is a 28-year-old multi-disciplinary design and construction firm serving the residential, multi-family, and commercial markets. As a licensed and insured general contractor, we work on both large and small-scale ground-up and renovation projects in the Metro Atlanta area.
Our rich history dates back to 1994. Over the years, we have established a reputation for delivering exceptional design and construction services to a diverse range of clients in the public, private, governmental, and telecommunication sectors.
The President and CEO of Caladon Inc, Major Callaway, boasts a wealth of experience in the construction industry, covering all aspects of construction documentation, design adaptation, cost estimating, scheduling, and problem-solving.
He brings extensive experience in program management, project management, and project supervision, with a successful record of delivering complex governmental and commercial projects within budget and on schedule. Committed to providing excellence, Mr. Callaway has developed standard procedures for various project delivery methods, including Design-Build, CM at Risk, and Job Order Contracts, ensuring seamless and professional execution of each project.
